By leaving a deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Expiration of Deposit:
   The deposit will expire 6 or 12 months from the date of issuance. (will be specidied)
2. After this period, the deposit will no longer be valid and cannot be applied towards any future sessions or services.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit:
   All deposits are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, it is considered a commitment to the session and will not be returned under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
   • To cancel, you must contact us directly via phone, text, or email to inform us of your cancellation.
   • Failure to cancel within the required 48-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit.
5. Confirmation Call:
   Upon receiving the confirmation call for your scheduled session, you must confirm your intention to proceed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us during this confirmation call.
6. Failure to Attend Session:
   If you fail to attend the session without prior notice or cancellation within the required timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
7. Tattoo Idea Approval:
   • The tattoo idea must be approved by the artist of your choice before the session takes place.
   • This will be discussed and agreed upon with the artist at your scheduled appointment.
   • The artist reserves the right to refuse an idea that they are not comfortable executing or that does not align with their style.
