By leaving a deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Expiration of Deposit:
The deposit will expire 6 or 12 months from the date of issuance. (will be specidied) - After this period, the deposit will no longer be valid and cannot be applied towards any future sessions or services.
- Non-Refundable Deposit:
All deposits are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, it is considered a commitment to the session and will not be returned under any circumstances. - Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
- To cancel, you must contact us directly via phone, text, or email to inform us of your cancellation.
- Failure to cancel within the required 48-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Confirmation Call:
Upon receiving the confirmation call for your scheduled session, you must confirm your intention to proceed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us during this confirmation call. - Failure to Attend Session:
If you fail to attend the session without prior notice or cancellation within the required timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided. - Tattoo Idea Approval:
- The tattoo idea must be approved by the artist of your choice before the session takes place.
- This will be discussed and agreed upon with the artist at your scheduled appointment.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse an idea that they are not comfortable executing or that does not align with their style.
By leaving a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
